An Evening with Friends is the annual fundraiser held each year at the AGS Annual Scientific Meeting to benefit the FHA Student Researcher Fund.

Proceeds from the evening support students from all disciplines with funding to enable them to attend and participate in the AGS Annual Meeting. At the meeting, students present their research as well as interact with nationally known faculty. The AGS believes that this experience may potentially advance the recruitment of young persons into careers as geriatrics health care providers.
