Psychological and Social Issues - What to Ask?

The following are questions you can ask your health care provider if you are concerned about Stress. It is important to talk to your health care provider about issues that you are concerned about.

  1. What is meant by “stressors” in my life?
  2. What kind of stressors can I have?
  3. How could my worrying about my physical health harm my family life or other areas of my life?
  4. What would be better ways to cope with my problems?
  5. What are “self-efficacy beliefs” and what do these have to do with me?
  6. What is a “social network”, and what does it have to do with my stress?
  7. How can I rid my life of these “stressors”?
