To describe the appeal of working in the geriatrics profession, the AGS and its Foundation for Health in Aging recently posted an interview with AGS member Helen Fernandez, MD on YouTube. Dr. Fernandez explains on camera what she enjoys most about geriatrics. “That I meet the most wonderful people”, she says. “It’s a group of people who want to teach the younger generation. I love it. Every single day is different.”
