FHA Tip Sheets
FHA Tip sheets offer authoritative and up-to-date information concerning the health and healthcare needs of older people on topics such as Cognitive Vitality, Emergency Preparedness, Safe Travel, Hot Weather Safety, and More! These one page, double-sided tip sheets make a perfect quick patient handout, or insert in a newsletter.

Patient Education Forums (PEFs)
These Question-and-Answers provide the patient or families with answers to frequently asked questions on over 54 health topics. All PEFs are written by topic experts.

What to Ask?
From the Aging in the Know site, these handouts provide disease and condition-specific questions that older adults or their caregivers can use to guide their conversations with their healthcare provider.

Public Education Pamphlets
Ready to print and fold - traditional brochures that cover various topics in Geriatrics, prevention and treatment of disease and disability in later life.

Health in Aging Stories
Encourage your patients to submit their story about how having a trained Geriatrics Healthcare Provider has affected their healthcare to the FHA Health in Aging Stories Website

Please Note that all of these resources along with a variety of additional materials arranged by topic can be found on Aging in the Know.
